Our new “Guitar Lick Of The Day” is a very long one : a challenging etude over the chord changes of Giant Steps.
This exercice is designed to help you hear and master on the guitar the harmonies of John Coltrane’s masterpiece. It is built almost exclusively with chord tones and triads and therefore underlines the changes precisely. Practice it slowly at first and gradually increase the tempo !
Work hard and remember : it’s always a great feeling to master a piece of music you once thought was impossible to play !
